Comfort Shag is defining the "Third Coast Sound." What is that all about? If you’ve listened to our originals or been to a gig, you know that our music is influenced by a wide variety of artists and genres.   

We are shaped by the different musical influences each of us brings to the band. There’s rock, of course, but we also stir in funk, soul, 80s pop, blues, Americana, and even swing. It’s like Milwaukee and Southeastern Wisconsin – a mosaic of cultures and vibes that settled along the shores of Lake Michigan, the 'Third Coast.'
